ABSTRACT
The pop the question of this study is to enrich our knowledge with the role of Entrepreneurial orientation course (EO) in improving Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and its implications on their Business Performance. The study spells the common understanding of Entrepreneurship, and EO dimensions; with special focus on Innovation, Proactiveness, and Risk-Taking. Different types of entrepreneurs are also defined in this study, strait through the measuring tools for assessment of their impact on pedigree performance in SMEs. Also we couldnt ignore the effect of moderator variables, with a special concern of Learning Orientation as a potential moderator affecting this relationship.
