Leadership Definition

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, loss leadinghip is the capacity to lead. Frankly, that definition sounds similar to a response that I would have given to my teacher when I was unsure of the actual definition. The U.S. Air Force defines leadership as the prowess of influencing and directing people in such a behavior that will win their obedience, confidence, respect and loyal cooperation in achieving leafy vegetable objectives. In other words, the U.S. Air Force looks at leadership as a way to instill the burning want to follow the leader and to accomplish a larger finis through teamwork.
