The courtyard system directly is the height of the criminal justice system because through the courts we scupper whether someone is guilty or non as hale as determine how they shall be punished. Today, the court system lie ins of third different levels. The first level is the limited jurisdiction courts, which consist of justice and municipal courts. These particular courts sacrifice jurisdiction oer a selected group of cases. There is no court record, which path that the permanent records of the courts proceedings be not required. However, some of the courts do provide a record of the courts proceedings. Secondly, the general jurisdiction court is the Superior Court of Arizona, which is a state wide streamlet court. This court hears the largest selection of caseloads and they maintain the permanent records of the courts proceedings. The last level is the state appellate court. This court has legal jurisdiction to go off trials and decisions appealed to the court. Most of the appeals come from the superior court; the only appeals that preceptort do so are the death punishment appeals, some involving elected officials, and disputes between countries. These go to the sovereign Court.
In order to appeal a decision from the court of appeals, the plaintiff in error must file a petition for review requesting a Supreme Court hearing. Then the Supreme Court justices leave go over the requests and later decide whether or not they will review the particular case. Other than the court of appeals, the Supreme Court does not have to hear every appeal.
In the history of the development of the court system, no two states are considered alike when it comes to organizing the courts.
