This is so true, if someone is telling to child that he cannot do it, of course than he cannot do it, and he will see that he cannot do it at all. Their unhappiness is enormous; if they argon given the right direction they could become more imaginative and could boost their self-esteem. I do harmonize with both of you, from all my readings about ADHD I gear up out the same things, the childrens are sometimes diagnosed wrong, and I just mention a friend that I met at the college who performed well at the college and he was diagnosed with ADHD when he was a child. He love the sports more than anything and did not like the diagnosing; he did not trust that he has ADHD.



Also my son had a friend at school who too loved football and he did not pay attention for schools political platform and grades, his parents were divorced and he was not happy to go from mothers shack to the fathers house. That situation makes him feel unhappy and unwanted, he never looked to me like a child with ADHD, but he was labeled as one.
