The following week we make learned close to Jamaica. Whenever someone thinks of Jamaica, only one script comes up. Weed. Even though marijuanas a immense part of the occasional lifestyle of this country, there still is umpteen other aspects that potty be explored with more depth and understanding. Either way, much can be learned about the lessons they preach of their words of freedom and peace. Its still unmanageable to imagine that such a small country can make such a significant impact with the skirt world.
The daily struggles of the country were accurately portrayed in the movie The Harder They Come. Showing how each Jamaican resident has to fend for to survive from dealing drugs on the streets and having to support their family in whatsoever means necessary. The movie showed the life of Jimmy Cliff and his daily struggles of avoiding and escaping law enforcement. Jimmy was seen as a Jamaican laurels by the people and supported him although the Jamaican law of nature with his killings of police officers wanted him. Another focal point I watched in the movie was the habitual usage of marijuana.
Even in common conversation and meeting of individuals, smoking was a accepted perform with everyone involved, proving how marijuana makes Jamaica different from any other country.
From the struggles and conflicts to the words of peace and freedom, Jamaica shows its different side with one of the most influential people who have ever lived, Bob Marley. Bob Marley is seen as the stub and soul of Jamaica and even seen as a profit by some individuals.
