There are many stories and on Disneyfication. Disney stories are supposed to be for children. They involve morals and stories that bring children to learn and try new things. But Disney was not of totally time like that. Disney fairy tales were just called fairytales and were used for upper-class lot to entertain themselves with. I ask myself, how could something that was once banned for children to sympathize be the number one source of literature for five-year-old children now? To figure this question out I leave alone be looking at Jack Zipes writing and analyzing his theories on Disneyfication, compare Disneys life story to his actual work, and beholding how a fairytale today has been drastically changed form the original.
It was once upon a time in history, before anyone knew what was happening, that Walt Disney cast a spell on fairytale, and he has held it captive ever since. (Zipes 332) fundamentally what he is trying to assert is that Walt Disney have taken self-possession of these fairytales and have made them their own. Disney have literally turned all fairytales into there own kid friendly version.



Jack ZIpes passim his writings says there is a Disney spell, Disney managed to culturally change these fairytales and basically make there own, so no one female genital organ have possession of them.
Fairytales were first told by gifted tellers and were establish on rituals intended to endow with meaning the daily lives of members of a tribe (Zipes 333) Fairy tales were used to explain the unexplainable. They were used to explain why the sun rose or why the monger is blue. They were also used to bring tribes together by singing these stories. During the rise of the printing press in the fifteenth nose candy fairytales became a little contrasting. Before people would just say these fairytales and pass them down b mouth.
