Abstract
East Delta University is a undercover university in Chittagong. Located a niggling far outside from the city center, it is an institution that promises education of an unparalleled reference. A little over 2 years old, this university holds an awe-inspiring team of ability members and approximately two hundred diverse students. It is common companionship that in almost all cases of private universities of Bangladesh, the promises of unparalleled quality of service are not realistic and are not practiced. This study shows how different the perception of management and the nodes of EDU really are. In addition to uncovering and translating research data this study to a fault offers some policy implications for improving the quality of service in EDU.
Introduction
In todays globalizing economy competition is get fiercer.
That means it becomes more difficult for products and services to differentiate themselves from different offerings than ever before. Not only is the number of competitive offerings arise due to globalization of production, sourcing, logistics and access to information. Many products and services saying new competition from substitutes and from completely new offerings or bundles from labor outsiders. Since product differences are closed at an increasing press forward and many companies try to win the battle for customers by footing reductions, products and services tend to become commodities.
On the former(a) hand, customer behavior becomes more hybrids. On one hand, customers are more and more price sensitive searching for bargains at marketplaces. On the other hand they enjoy branded and luxury goods.
