One technique that has worked out to improve communication is feedback. This allows the employee to know in what ways they have been doing a good job and in what way or areas they need to make improvements. Besides having these yearly evaluations, our manager does remove us if we have any problems or if we are doing a job wrong that has been noticed and repeating he lead let us know. I think this is a large communication method because most employee want to do a good job and keeping them informed on their job performance allows them to make improvements if needed.
